ich biete mein mobliertes Zimmer in einer 2er WG zur befristeten Untermiete bis zum 15. Juni, da ich frühzeitig ausziehen werde. Achtung: Ein längerer Zeitraum ist nicht möglich, da die Familie des Hauptmieters in die Wohnung einziehen wird!
Das Zimmer ist vollmobliert, bis auf den Schreibtisch. Den habe ich vor 2 Monate neu in IKEA gekauft und kann für 15 Euro übernommen werden (Originalpreis 30 €).

The apartment is in a great location. Only 6 minutes walk from U2 Josephplatz. Several bus lines (53, 59, 153) in the immediate vicinity. There is Rewe and Lidl in less than a minute.
Während dieser Zeit teilst du die Wohnung mit einem freundlichen Mann, der gerade sein Masterstudium an der TUM abschließt.
