The room is part of a 95 square metre 3-room flat (two equally sized bedrooms and a fully furnished living room) in Schwabing. The bright room is approx. 20 square metres in size, has a connection to the conservatory and can be moved into furnished.
The flat is furnished to a high standard: parquet flooring in the entire living area, tiles in the brand new kitchen with dishwasher, large balcony, conservatory, storage room, cellar room, tiled bathroom with tub/shower, washing machine and you get your own fridge :)
Die Wohnung liegt in der Schleißheimerstraße in Schwabing. Zur Ackermanstraße (Tram 27) läuft man 1 Min. Im Olympia-Park oder im Luitpoldpark ist man auch in 1-2 Min

The flat is located in Schleißheimerstraße in Schwabing. You can walk to Ackermanstraße (tram 27) in 1 minute. The Olympia-Park or Luitpoldpark are also 1-2 minutes away.
Du solltest ordentlich, offen und umgänglich sein.
Ich stelle mir das WG Leben sehr locker vor, wo jeder seine Freiheiten und Ruhe haben soll. Rücksicht auf die Anderen ist mir ganz wichtig.
