Will have an opening in our vegan shared apartment. Here are some key details:
– Excellent location at the south end of Luitpold/Bayernpark.
– Hohenzollernplatz U-Bahn (subway) station is just a 5-minute walk away.
– It's about a 15-minute bike ride to Stachus, and approximately 10 minutes to both the university and the Technical University (TU).
– Our apartment is approximately 100 square meters in size.
– It comes with a beautiful terrace and garden in the backyard.
– We will share the apartment between two people most of the time.
– We have three bedrooms. The two larger ones are each 16 square meters, and we each exclusively use one. The third bedroom of 10 square meters is a guest room.
– We share the kitchen, bathroom, the spacious hallway, and the living room.
– Occasionally, our miniature poodle Polly pays a visit.
– My daughter, who studies out of town, drops by from time to time and stays in the guest room.
– I sometimes need the living room exclusively for online meetings, usually during times when you'd typically be at university or work.
– The apartment is fully equipped with furniture and household items, including an amazing pizza oven!
Costs: Despite usually being shared between two people, you'll only pay one-third of the base rent, which amounts to 660 Euros (or 445 Euros if you prefer to do the full housekeeping). Additionally, there's a utility prepayment of 225 Euros, covering also electricity and internet. So there are two options to choose: 670,– or 885,– Euro total.
Being vegan and non-smoking is a prerequisite. And no, dining out on meat and smoking in the garden is not permitted. 😉
About us: We are currently two persons, however as my daughter is studying out of town whe will be here bout once per month for a few days. We have been living a vegan lifestyle for over 10 years. I work as a lecturer and consultant, and also assist as a part-time math and physics teacher in high schools. I generally appreciate cleanliness and order but won't panic over a speck of dust. However, I'm quite meticulous when it comes to playing dishwasher Tetris. 😛
I find hanging up laundry very relaxing and am happy to handle laundry for everyone if it means less vacuuming for me. If you would like to reduce your rent or even like to do housekeeping you can take over my share and reduce your rent by 215 Euros per month.

Also just a few minutes by bike to Olympic area (concerts and more!).
Everything just a few steps away: Restaurants, bars, supermarkets (including organic, Asian and many more!), public swimming pools (both inside and open air), gyms and more.
