A super cool 3-person WG is looking for a new flatmate (22-26 y.o). As it has been a mixed WG, we would like to continue that :)
The flat is quite spacious and we make sure to keep it clean. The room is very nice with a big window and the view on the interior yard. The cost is 600 warm.
Bed and some other furniture can be sold on request!
Nice and calm district, 5 minutes walking distance from a grocery store, 2 minutes walking distance from Olympiapark.
5 minutes walking distance from Petuerling (Ubahn/tram), 10 minutes with U3 to Marienplatz, 6 minutes to Universität.
Your roomies will be Phillip and Leo.
Phillip is currently working and studying architecture. He is pretty active and sporty, always eager to have a nice chat with a bottle of Helles.
Leo is currently doing a part-time master. When he is not working, you'll find him in one of Munich parks or trying to beat Phillip in darts.
We like to do things together, while respecting each other's privacy. More than happy to share a nice dinner together, go for a drink or even organise a party.
