The room is actually in Birkenfeldstr 2, that is attached to the street stated (for some reason WG gesucht thought Birkenfeldstr was outside of Munich).
I am renting out my room in Schwabing, available from the 11th of August. The rent is warm, and everything is included (WIFI, radio tax, electricity, gas). The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and night table. Since the bed is 90cm wide, and the wardrobe is tall but pretty thin, there is actually a lot of space in the room. Also, the view is really the best characteristic of this room, since it has 2 windows on a nice and quiet street, that make it very bright.
There is a shared bathroom, with a shower, washing machine and sink, and a shared kitchen, with some shelf, a food storage, a fridge and a table, that you can also use to spend some time with the other tenants.
An internal courtyard can be used to keep bikes.
The location is one of the best you could get in Munich for both LMU and TUM, since both the U3 (Bonner Platz) and U6 (Dietlinderstrasse) are very close, and you can reach Scheidplatz for the U2 in 10 minutes by walk. Münchner Freiheit is also really close, and that's very nice to spend the evening out. The main campus of LMU can also be reached in about 20 minutes by walk or 10 by bike.
This is a shared flat, and all the old tenants (including me) are moving out at the moment. There is a new tenant from Turkey, that is working here in Munich, and he's very kind and quiet. Unfortunately I don't know the other tenant yet.
The rent is only till the end of 2022 since then the flat will be renovated.
