The room is fully furnished and the apartment is well equipped, with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and stove, large fridge freezer, kitchen utensils and plates etc.
The apartment is located on Schleißheimerstr between Luitpoldpark and Olympiapark (10 minute walk to each). It is a 2 minute walk from tram stop Ackermannstraße (line 27 and n27), which runs between Petuelring and Sendlinger Tor. For U Bahn it is 10 minutes' walk to Petuelring (U3), 12 minutes to Hohenzollernplatz (U2, 5 minutes to Hbf), 15 minutes walk to Scheidplatz (U2, U3, U8). Hohenzollernplatz and Petuelring are also <5 minutes away by tram.
Bakeries 2 minutes' walk away, supermarkets 10 minutes walk (Rewe, Penny) and Müller, 10 minutes' tram to Schellingstraße in Maxvorstadt, which is also easily reachable by bike.
The vibe of the flat is relaxed and social. The four other flatmates are between the ages of 21-29, from Mexico, the Netherlands, Germany and France, studying and/or working. We enjoy exploring the city together, going out for
beers on the weekends, hiking, and having friends over for dinner.
Move-in is flexible, preferably soon after the 15th. I would ask you to pay half of February and then start paying full rent from March 1st. We welcome your application and please let us know a bit about yourself!
