Hello folks,
I am leaving my lovely room in Schwabing and going back to the Netherlands, so looking for a replacement.
It’s a big (at least 20sq metre )room with two big windows, fully furnished with a fullsize bed, closet, shelf and table. The room is bright and gets some lovely sun when its shining. The rent includes everything, and nothing extra has to be paid.
There is no livingroom sadly, but we have the englischer garten as our backyard, so it’s not a bad tradeoff.
Probably the best location in town, right outside the Giselastraße station. The U3 and U6 lines can be easily reached in a minute from the door. Muc Freiheit is a few minutes away by walk, and there are variety of buses at all times. The best part— the Englischer Garten is just across the street, for all the lovely summer haunts. Stores like Lidl, Penny, Rewe, Bio Mart, Zara, many Bars, Cafes, Döner places, are all quite near. Best for students because Universität is just 12 minutes by walk.
The best thing about this apartment is probably the location.
You’ll be living with Theo, Phaseeh, Kai & Huang.
Theo is an intern at BMW. Phaseeh is a journalist, currently finishing his masters at LMU, while Kai and Huang are both reseaechers.
We are a pretty chill flatshare and comfortably social. We don’t have a living room, but often meet in our little kitchen to chat, eat or joke around. Sometimes we go on walks to the park or grab beers, but everyone also has their own time and privacy.
I have shared many laughs in this apartment and made great memories, so I’d prefer to leave my flatmates with someone who’s open to interactions like such.
Remember, this is an old building, so it has its own little quirks and there’s not much that can be considered fancy or new about the apartment. At best, it’s functional and easy to live in.
