Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibttisch und einem Regal. In der WG gibt es insgesamt 2 Bäder und ein Wohnzimmer. Wohnzimmer und Küche laden ein zum verweilen, vielleicht bei einem Glas Wein. Wir haben zudem Kabelfernsehen und wahnsinnig schnelles Internet.

The room is compeltely furnished, including a bed, drawer, desk and shelf. In the apartment there is a total of 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and 1 big living room. Kitchen and living room are ideal place to relax and spend some common time, maybe with a glass of wine. We have also cable TV, and a perfectly efficient Wifi connection.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Stadtteil Laim. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Überfluss vorhanden. Es gibt auch einige Restaurants und Cafes. Der Nymphenburger Schlosspark ist 5 Minuten entfernt ebenso wie der Hirschgarten, Münchens größter Biergarten. In unmittelbarer Nähe liegt auch das Westend, das angesagte alternative Viertel Münchens. 3 Trambahnhaltestellen weiter ist auch ein Schwimmband zu finden.

The apartement is located in the district of Laim. There are all sort of shops nearby as well as some restaurants and cafés. The park of Nymphenburger castle is 5 minutes away as well as the Hirschgarten, München biggest Beer garden. Nearby there is also Westend, baptized as Münchens new hype area. A swimming pool is 3 tram stops away.
Wir sind ein ziemlich bunt gemischter Haufen. Arbeiten oder versuchen noch unseren Doktor zu machen. Wir sind keine reine Zweck-Wg und treffen uns auch mal gerne zu einem gemeinsamen Fernsehabend im Wohnzimmer, einem Gläschen Wein, einem Bier in einer der Küche oder zum Grillen im Garten. Allerdings lassen wir uns ansonsten auch gerne gegenseitig in Ruhe.
Ordnung und Sauberkeit sollten für dich keine Fremdwörter sein.

We are a pretty mixed and diverse crowd. We are working or trying to get our PhD thesis done. We are not a merely utilitarian shared flat, as we like to spend some time together. For example a common TV evening with wine and beer, or doing some barbecues in the garden. However, we also like to respect each others privacy.
"Tidy" and "Clean" should not sound like foreign words to you.
Wenn ihr Interesse habt, einfach eine mail schreiben, und wir finden sicherlich einen Termin zum gemeinsamen Kennenlernen. Der Keller würde genügend Stauraum für alles bieten, was Du vielleicht noch unterbringen müßtest.
