Ich möchte mein geräumiges, süßes Zimmer in meinem WG, wo ich mit zwei Mitbewohnern lebe, untermieten.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Supermarkt, 7 Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn und es gibt viele Restaurants, Cafés und Bars in der Nähe.
Mein Zimmer ist 22 Quadratmeter groß, mit einem Doppelbett, einem Schreibtisch und einem Stuhl, einem großen Kleiderschrank und einem Unterschrank, einem Sofa, einer Soundbar und einem Breitbild-Smart-TV. Das Zimmer hat auch einen Balkon nur für deine Privatnutzung.
Die Wohnung hat ein Badzimmer und eine renovierte Küche, die mit allen notwendigen Utensilien wie Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kühlschrank und Küchenutensilien ausgestattet ist.

I am temporarily subletting my spacious, cozy room in my shared apartment where I live with two flatmates.
The apartment is centrally located, 5 minutes walk from the supermarket, 7 minutes walk from the subway station and there are many restaurants, cafes and bars around.
My room is 22 square meters, with a double bed, a desk and chair, a large wardrobe and under TV unit, a sofa, a sound bar and a widescreen smart TV. The room also has a private balcony just for your private use.
The apartment has a shared bathroom and a renovated kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary utensils such as a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, refrigerator and kitchenware.
