Very nice room is available in a spacious apartment. The room would be already partly furnished. The apartment has a separate toilet and a big bathroom which makes the apartment very suitable for sharing. The kitchen is also quite big with a dining table in it.
The apartment is located in a very quite area.
The apartment is located in Lautensackstraße, with very good access to public transport. The tram and bus station is at a 2 min walk. The S-Bahn Hirchgarten is at 7 min by walk and the bus can take you there as well. The park Hirschgarten is also not far away and offers a great jogging experience. Supermarkets (Edeka, Rewe, Alnatura and Aldi etc) are available in the vicinity.
We can definitely from time to time plan some activities together such as cooking etc. Since we sometimes have very different working / university times, it could also happen that we don't see each other for a while.
You are responsible to clean your own room and we can plan the whole apartment cleaning once or twice a month together. The only thing which important is that we maintain a healthy environment to live there. :)
