I have a spare room that I always rent out every now and then. This is due to the fact that I travel a lot for work.
The room bright and fully finished, laminated floors, there is a door linking to the balcony. The balcony itself is furnished Balkon Chairs and tables.
The location is perfect for Commuters, Professionals and/or students.
The apartment is 53m2 in total and the room is 14m. it is perfect for new settlers in Munich.
The kitchen is medium sized, comes fully equipped with: Refrigerator , Deep Freezer, Cooking Ware and Utensils, Blender and Storage.
Schwanterlerhoher is a very central area located in the center of Munich.
For Grocery shopping, There is a shopping mall at hackerbrucker, In there you have lidl, Vapiano, Basic (organic), other small shops etc. NOTE: The ZOB is also located here, Bus Terminal. So pretty handy for catching the bus to cities within and outside of Germany (if you like travelling, within budget, this is perfect as well).

The Sbahn Station (Hackerbrucker) is 9 mins walk from the flat, There you can catch all sbahn (Very Handy). There is also a tram station which is literally, 3 mins walk, just around the corner. There you can catch the tram 19 or 18. Both trams go into town (Hanuptbahnhof, Stachaus, Marienplatz, Odeonplatz, Sendlingetor etc) The 19N that runs all night, perfect for a weekend nights out.
Only a few rules.
Keep it tidy and clean
Do not disturb the neighbors as there are lots of families living in the building
