Die Wohnung befindet sich in Laim. Die Lage bietet eine sehr gute Infrastruktur und hohen Freizeitwert. Der schöne Westpark ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und eignet sich sehr gut zum Joggen.

Einkaufen:
In nur ca. 550 m Entfernung erreicht man den Hoenigschmidplatz mit zahlreichen Geschäften (Edeka, REWE, Rossmann, Apotheke, Orterer-Getränkemarkt, Bäckereien, Wäscherei etc.).
Der nur ca. 1 km entfernte Laimer Platz ist zu Fuß, dem Fahrrad oder auch mit dem Bus sehr gut zu erreichen. Öffentliche Anbindung:
Mit dem Fahrrad erreicht man in ca. 4 min die U Bahn U5 Laimer Platz und in ca. 10 min die S-Bahn Station Laim.
Mit dem Bus (300 m entfernt) erreicht man den Laimer Platz und die S-Bahn Laim (Fahrtzeit ca. 4 min bzw. 8 min) Mit S-Bahn und U Bahn ist man in ca. 10 min in der Innenstadt.
Außerdem ist man mit der Tram 18 (200 m von der Haustür entfernt) schnell in der Innenstadt.

Verkehrsanbindung:
In nur ca. 2 Fahrminuten erreicht man die A96 mit Anschluss an den Mittleren Ring und dem Autobahnring A99. Dadurch optimale Mobilität mit dem eigenen Fahrzeug. Parkplätze in der Regel ausreichend vorhanden.

By bus (300 m away) you can reach Laimer Platz and the S-Bahn Laim (travel time approx. 4 min and 8 min respectively). By S-Bahn and U-Bahn you can reach the city centre in approx. 10 min.
You can also reach the city centre quickly by tram 18 (200 m from the front door).

Traffic connection:
In only about 2 minutes by car you can reach the A96 with connection to the Mittlerer Ring and the motorway ring A99. Thus optimal mobility with the own vehicle. Sufficient parking spaces are usually available.
