A comfortable equipped room is available for rent.
The private room is fully equipped and therefore allows you to arrive with lighter luggage. It has a wardrobe with mirror and shelves, a small desk, a sideboard and a comfortable murphy bed with a new mattress. The room is also equipped with a 4K OLED TV.
In the hallway is a shoe cupboard, as well as a household cupboard with everything needed. (glasses, hoover, cleaning stuff).
The communal kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Ceramic hob with induction for great cooking. Pots, plates, cutlery, dishwasher, oven, microwave. The fridge is big enough so that everyone has their own compartment. Both in the fridge and the freezer. There is a Miele washing machine and dryer for communal use in the flat. These are included in the rent.
The bathroom, which is shared with two other flatmates, is equipped with a bathtub with shower function.
Schwantalerhöhe is a beautiful up-and-coming district. It is also known colloquially as Westend. Within walking distance you will find cosy bars, restaurants, bakers, shopping facilities and a pharmacy.
