Die Gesamtmiete (incl. Internet, Strom, Wasser, Heizung) beträgt 650 Euro.
Die Kaution ist 1500 Euro.

I'm looking for a new tenant from 1st September for my 15m² room at Westpark. The monthly rent, including (utility costs, internet) is 650 Euro. There is a rental deposit of 1500 Euro.
*******An apartment has 2 rooms, but other room is not occupied yet, so you will live alone. ************
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, tools, fridge) and a bathroom (shower + WC+ a washing machine). The room, where you will live, is fully furnished (it has bed, mattress, desk, chair, couch and closet).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe der U-Bahn "am Harras" U6,U7, S-Bahn Harras S7 (10-15 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt).
Ab Harras bis zur Stadtmitte dauert mit der U/S Bahn 7-13 min.
Ebenfalls in der Nähe ist die Bushaltestelle "Baumgartnerstraße" die Buslinien 130, 134, 62 (5 Minuten entfernt).
Alle Läden für den täglichen Bedarf finden sich in der Nähe (Penny - 5 min, Bäckerei 5 min, Rewe-10min, Asiatischer Laden, Lidl, DM 10-15 min und auch EDEKA ).

Apartment is located in the Westpark/Harras district. There are 3 Bus stop at a walking distance (5 mins).
U/S-Bahn Harras (S3/S7 and U3, U6) in 15 min walk.
Travel time to city centre from Harras 7 to 13 minutes.
There are several supermarkets (Penny 5 min), (Rewe10 min), (Lidl, DM, Asian Supermarket 15min), a local Bakery (5 min), pizza and asian, kebab places in 10-15 min walk.
