Wir möchten gerne gelegentlich ein Zimmer in unserer 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Laufnähe zum Oktoberfest (13min zu Fuß). vermieten und freuen uns über nette Gäste!
Das helle Zimmer ist 15 m2 groß und verfügt neben einer Schlafcouch (1,30x2,10m) über einen Arbeitsplatz. Die Wohnung hat zusätzlich eine schöne Küche und einen Südbalkon.

We would like to occasionally rent out a room in our 3-room apartment within walking distance to the Oktoberfest (13min walk). and are looking forward to nice guests!
The bright room is 15 m2 and has a sofa bed (1.30x2.10m) and a workplace. The apartment also has a nice kitchen and a south-facing balcony.

Perfecto para viajes de fin de semana o estancias cortas en Munich.
¡Nos gustaría alquilar una habitación en nuestro piso de 3 habitaciones, muy cerca del famoso "Oktoberfest" (13 minutos a pie).
La habitación luminosa es de 15 m2 y tiene un sofá cama (1,30x2,10m) y una mesita. El piso también tiene una bonita cocina y un balcón orientado al sur.
