Hello! My name is Julio and I'm a 26 yo Brazilian designer based in Munich. I've been living at a beautiful WG in Sendling with 3 flatmates. I'm going back to Brazil during the full months of December and January to spend the holidays with my family and I'm looking for someone to replace me at the WG during this time. From 01.12.23 to 30.01.24 only (but can be flexible). No Amneldung/KVR possible, sorry.
My room is simply amazing. It's actually so big that it feels like a studio apartment in itself. It was probably designed to be a living room originally.

The room is approx. 28m2 and it also includes a big balcony. Some of the furniture came from the landlord, since this is a furnished room, and some were my personal acquisitions that you will benefit from. The room includes:
- double bed (2mx1.6m)
- big wardrobe
- sofa
- 32" TV
- dining table
- 4 chairs
- home office setup
- a desk with drawers
- a monitor installed in a monitor arm
- an office chair that's extremely comfortable
- nespresso machine
- full-length mirror
The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub), washing machines, etc. It's naturally very warm and we rarely even have to use the heaters.
The WG is located super close to the Mittersendling SBahn Station, in the Sendling neighborhood. We're pretty well connected!

My flatmates are great company :) Hazar (🇹🇷, 26yo, aerospace engineer), Luciana (🇦🇷, 25yo, chem engineer) and Maria (🇷🇴, 25 yo, software engineer), all young professionals. Even though everyone is super busy, they all try to make time to socialize, they love playing games and going to parties. We're pretty chill, but we do have a cleaning schedule that has been working like a charm - we're very organized and we like to keep things tidy as much as possible.
I'm still technically the tenant for this room, as I'll only cede for you to live in it while I'm away and my landlord cannot offer you a contract at this time. This means I'll keep paying rent for the landlord. This also means that unfortunately you won't be able to do an Amneldung on this address. The value I'm asking is cheaper than what I pay for rent, but I'm open to negotiate!
