Hi!
Mein Mitbewohner und ich lösen unsere WG auf. Wir wollen ein Zimmer bzw. die Wohnung im Mai untervermieten und suchen theoretisch auch Nachmieter.
Die WG liegt in Sendling (zw. Implerstr. und Harras).
Das Zimmer ist 12qm. Preis für das Zimmer ist alles in allem 690 Euro.
Preis für die gesamte Wohnung wäre 1500 Euro. Die Wohnung ist möbliert. Bei Mieten der ganzen Wohnung würden wir die Wohnung im Ursprungszustand vermieten. Für einen genauen Eindruck können wir gerne ein Video senden (das kann man hier leider nicht hochladen).
Bei Interesse gerne einfach schreiben, dann machen wir einen Termin zur Besichtigung/zum Kennenlernen aus.
