Liebe Leute, da ich nach Thailand fliege such ich in dieser Zeit eine/n nette/n Zwischenmieter/in vom 05.03-27.03.2015 (bei Bedarf auch ein paar Tage früher oder später, die Monatsmiete beträgt 582, würden dann einfach die Tage ausrechen). Die WG liegt im Impler-Viertel, ist daher super gelegen und sehr zentral. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt. Die Küche hat einen Zugang zum Balkon. Das Zimmer hat ein Klavier und ein riesiges gemütliches Bett (200x180). Meldet euch einfach :).
English: I am renting out my room between the 05th of March 2015 (a few days earlier or later would not be a problem, the room is 582 Euro for the whole month, so we just count the days you are staying) and the 27th of March 2015. Bathroom and Toilet are seperated and there is a Balkony in the Kitchen. My room has a piano as well.
DIe WG befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, eine Minute Fußweg vom U Bhf Implerstraße entfernt. Zahlreiche Geschäfte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Ihr werdet mit drei super netten Mädels zusammenwohnen. Jana studiert Filmproduktion an der HFF, Alia ist eine Praktikantin aus Italien und Ellen studiert Umwelttechnologie im Master an der LMU.
