Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe vom Harras-sehr gute Verkehrsanbindungen, Bus und U-Bahn, als auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Edeka, DM, Banken, Post, Lidl, Apotheken) gleich um die Ecke.
Ich arbeite bei der Stadt und mein Sohn,14 J., geht in die Schule; d.h. wir würden jemand suchen, der es abends auch etwas ruhiger braucht. Wir vermieten seit Jahren unter und es läuft eigentlich immer recht entspannt.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert ( Bett, Schreibtisch, Lampe, Sessel) -und sehr hell. Wir können da gerne nachrüsten, wäre kein Problem.
Wichtige Zusatzinfo: wir haben eine Katze-zwar Freigänger- die natürlich aber auch mal in der Wohnung ist.
