Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß und teilmöbliert mit einem Doppel Bett 140x200.
Gemeinschaftsräume sind eine vollausgestattete Küche und das Bad.
Im Keller kann auch gern was untergebracht werden.
Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Balkon und liegt in einem Gemeinschaftsgarten.
In der ganzen Wohnung ist WLAN verfügbar. Alle Zimmer haben Fließenboden und Fussbodenheizung.
Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht erwünscht.
Direkt vor dem Haus fährt der 54er Bus, in ca 10 Gehminuten ist man bei der U6 U-Bahn Holzapfelkreuth.
In der Nähe sind sämtliche Geschäfte, wie Netto, Edeka, Apotheke, Friseure, Bäckerei und Restaurants.
Der Westpark und Südpark sind auch in der Nähe.
Ich suche keine Zeck-WG.
Gerne kann man mal etwas zusammen unternehmen oder einen Abend miteinander verbringen.
Ich bin aber auch gerne mal für mich allein. Ich suche eine fröhliche, nette und saubere Mitbewohnerin, mit der man einfach gut zusammenleben kann.
Die Nachbarn im Haus sind alle sehr nett und gerne sitzen wir auch mal draußen im Garten zusammen.
