Big and nicely dimensioned, 127 sqf (114 qm) apartment with wooden/cement floors. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower-tub, toilet and washing machine, extra guest toilet.
In the backyard you can sit and have a barbecue in the summer.
The apartment will be shared with a younger female student of German philosophy, who will be at University most of the day. She is very respectful and tidy. Myself I keep a small room in the apartment and will only live there once a week.

Großes, schönes, möbliertes Zimmer (25 qm) mit Kingsize Bett, Parkett, Stuck, antiken und modernen Designmöbeln, einem Jugendstil Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Schubladenschrank und einem Klavier. Das Zimmer ist eines von 3 Zimmern in einer 114 qm Altbauwohnung, die vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert wurde. Die Böden sind Parkett und Zement.Gut ausgestattete Wohnküche, Badezimmer mit Dusch-Badewanne, WC und Waschmaschine und ein extra Gäste-WC. Im Hinterhof kann man im Sommer draussen sitzen und grillen.
Die Wohnung wird zunächst geteilt mit einer jungen Frau, die Philosophie studiert und die meiste Zeit an der Unis sein wird. Sie ist sehr respektvoll und ordentlich. Ich selbst behalte ein kleines Zimmer in der Wohnung, das ich nur einmal pro Woche bewohnen werde.

Central located in a nice upcoming area with everything you need for daily life in walking distance: Supermarket and bakeries, Bio grocery stores, cafes and diverse international restaurants, including some bavarian. You find a swimming hall (Südbad), gym/Yoga studio, farmacy etc. close bye. Jogging and relaxing areas like Westpark, Isar/Flaucher and Theresienwiese are reachable by foot, bike, bus or subway.
In 10-15 minutes you reach the main center of the city (Sendlinger Tor). 15 min. to the hip neighbourhoods of Isarvorstadt and Glockenbach. You also easily get to Schwabing in 15 min. by subway e.g. for shopping and nightlife.
Great infrastructure: there are two subways U3/6 (every 5 min.) and a bus station in 4 min. to walk.
Parking is only allowed with ticket or a special parking pass that you can get. (to recommend if you have a car). Otherwise car sharing is a great option in Munich.

Sendling in einem sehr angenehmem, netten Wohnviertel. Zentral mit allen wichtigen Geschäften und Einrichtungen (Supermärkte, Bioladen, Restauarant, Apotheke, Bäckerei, Fitnessstudio, Schwimmbad, etc.) in Gehnähe.
U-bahn U3 und U6 Implerstrasse sowie Bus in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.
In weniger als 15 Minuten im Zentrum /Sendlinger Tor, Glockenbachviertel oder in Schwabing mit Bus / Fahrrad und U-Bahn. Der Westpark, das Südbad zum Schwimmen, und die Isar sind in der Nähe. Parken ist nur mit Parkschein oder Anwohnerparkausweis erlaubt, den Du Dir am besten holst solltest Du ein Auto haben. Carsharing ist in München easy.

Since I have business abroad at the moment, you share the apartment with a nice flatmate, who I am currently searching for. As the main tenant, I keep a small room which I visit for a short time 1-2 times a year.

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe und Aufwand renoviert und möbliert worden, daher suche ich jemanden, der die Dinge schätzt und mit entsprechender Sorgfalt behandelt. Da ich zur Zeit im Ausland geschäftlich zu tun habe, teilst Du Dir die Wohnung mit einer neuen Mitbewohnerin, die sich auch gerade erst findet. Ich selbst behalte als Hauptmieterin ein kleines Zimmer, das ich 1-2 mal im Jahr kurzzeitig besuchen komme.

In Munich you might take a bike as all is close bye. You can park it in front of the house or in the cellar.
