There are washing machine and dishwasher. it is located near the Isar River and very close to S-Bahn (S7), (U 3 and U 6 are available with bus 134 and 136 ) supermarket, restaurants and Cafés.
Mit S-Bah 7, RBR und BR 58 ist man in ca 10 min. Am Donnersbergerbrücke und zwei weitere Haltestelle am Hauptbahnhof.
U6 und U3 sind mit Bus 134 und 136 erreichbar
Zu Fuß kommt man in ca 10 min zum Isar wo man schwimmen und grillen kann.
