An Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mangelt es nicht. Fast Direkt vor dem Haus liegen
Lidl, Alnatura, Dm und eine Apotheke - Rewe, Aldi, Netto und Tengelmann sind auch nicht weit entfernt.
WG Leben
Eine gemischte WG. Jedes Zimmer darf nur alleine bewohnt werden.
Keine Benutzung als Pärchen oder zu zweit.
Die Zimmer der WG werden ausdrücklich zur Alleinbenutzung vermietet.
Missbrauch oder Benutzung der Zimmer durch mehr als eine Person würde zur Kündigung führen.
