Das mit 19qm relativ große Zimmer mit Südwestausrichtung und großer Fensterfront besticht mit seiner Helligkeit und dem direkten Balkonzugang (großer Balkon mit Bergblick, den man sich mit einem Mitbewohner teilt).
Zudem ist es bereits teil-möbliert mit einem 140cm Bett samt Matratze, Schreibtisch samt Stuhl, Schrank und Spiegel. Die ganze Wohnung wurde erst 2021 renoviert.

Die Haltestelle U3 Forstenrieder Allee ist in 5min zu Fuß erreichbar. Von dort ist man ohne umzusteigen in 15min am Marienplatz und somit mitten in der Innenstadt.
Rund um die Haltestelle Forstenrieder Allee sind mehrere Bäcker, Cafes, Supermärkte, KVR, der Marktplatz und Ärzte zu finden.
Für die Naherholung bieten sich der Waldfriedhof, Südpark oder der Forstenrieder Park zum Spazieren gehen oder Laufen an. Das Schwimmbad "Bad Forstenrieder Park" ist in 5min per Fahrrad oder 10min mit dem Bus erreichbar.

Es leben aktuell noch vier weitere männliche Mitbewohner in der WG, welche alle berufstätig sind. Die Mitbewohner sind alle zwischen 22 und 35 Jahre alt und kommen aus Deutschland, Indien und Indonesien. Internationale sind also willkommen. Wir sprechen Deutsch und Englisch in der WG.
Es ist keine Party-WG und vergleichsweise ruhig.
There are currently four other male flatmates living in the shared flat, all of whom are working. The flatmates are all between 22 and 35 years old and come from Germany, India and Indonesia. Internationals are therefore welcome. German and English are spoken in the shared flat. It is not a party flat and is relatively quiet.
Es gibt in der WG eine Spülmaschine, zwei große Kühlschränke, eine Waschmaschine, einen Trockner und einen Fernseher mit Couch. Daneben gibt es ein separates Bad, eine separate Toilette und ein Bad mit Toilette, sodass es nur äuserst selten zu Wartezeiten kommt.
