Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und durch eine Fensterfront sehr hell. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zu einem großen Balkon, der von allen in der WG genutzt werden darf. Wer möchte, kann sich hier gerne gärtnerisch austoben.
Im Zimmer ist - wie auch im Flur -Teppichboden verlegt, der aber auch in Absprache mit den Vermietern ausgetauscht werden kann. Außerdem gibt es ein Kamineck, das mit Bio-Ethanol beheizt werden kann. Der Ofen wurde von den Vermietern eingebaut und auch benutzt, ist also funktionsfähig und sicher – bisher wurde er allerdings von unserem vorherigen Mitbewohner als Ablage genutzt.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben, eine Ablöse für die maßgeschneiderten Vorhänge und den Lampenschirm kommt auf 75 Euro.

The room is very spacious (25m²) and super bright thanks to a large window front. There is direct access to a large balcony, which can be used by everyone in the flat. If you like, you can garden on the balcony.
Carpeting is laid in the room - as in the hallway - but this can also be replaced in consultation with the landlords. There is also a corner fireplace that can be heated with bio-ethanol. The stove was installed and used by the landlords, so it is functional and safe - however, it was previously used as a shelf by our previous flatmate.
The room will be handed over unfurnished, a replacement fee for the customised curtains and lampshade is 75€.
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Sendlinger Park und einer Einbahnstraße. Isar und Flaucher sind quasi direkt vor der Tür. Das Viertel und unser Wohnblock sind allgemein ruhig und sehr grün, viele Familien wohnen hier.
Zu Fuß kann man die U-Bahnstation Thalkirchen (U3) oder die S-Bahnstation Mittersendling (S7) in etwa fünf Minuten erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle Steinerstraße liegt nur drei Gehminuten entfernt. Fußläufig findet man auch Bäckereien, Supermärkte und eine Apotheke.

The flat is located between Sendlinger Park and a one-way street. The Isar and Flaucher are very close. The neighbourhood and our apartment block are generally quiet and very green, many families live here.
You can walk to Thalkirchen underground station (U3) or Mittersendling S-Bahn station (S7) in about five minutes. The Steinerstraße bus stop is just a three-minute walk away. There are also bakeries, supermarkets and a pharmacy within walking distance.
Wir, das sind Veronika, Journalistin, und Lenni (bis Juli) und Michi (ab Juli), beide Studenten. Michi und Veronika wohnen seit drei Jahren zusammen – wobei zu erwähnen ist, dass wir kein Paar sind 😊. Weil unser dritter Mann im Bunde mit Februar auszieht, suchen wir eine neue Person für unser drittes Zimmer.
Wir pflegen einen entspannten und freundschaftlichen Umgang miteinander, treffen uns gern einmal auf einen kleinen Plausch am Küchentisch oder am Balkon, respektieren aber auch, wenn sich jemand einmal etwas mehr zurückziehen möchte. Wie sich die WG-Dynamik mit jemandem Neuen entwickelt, wird sich zeigen - wichtig ist uns, dass du ein aufgeschlossener Mensch bist.
Weil wir alle keine blutigen Erstis mehr sind, suchen wir jemanden, der oder die schon ein bisschen WG- und Lebenserfahrung hat. Häufiger Untermiete-Wechsel stresst uns, daher bevorzugen wir außerdem, wer längerfristig in München bleiben möchte.

We are Veronika, a journalist, and Lenni (until July) and Michi (from July on), both students. Michi and Veronika have been living together for three years - although it should be mentioned that we are not a couple 😊. Because our third man is moving out in February, we are looking for a new person for our third room.
We maintain a relaxed and friendly relationship with each other, like to meet up for a chat at the kitchen table or on the balcony, but also respect when someone wants to withdraw a little more. We'll see how the shared flat dynamic develops with someone new - the important thing is that you're an open-minded person.
Because we're all not complete newbies, we're looking for someone who already has a bit of flat-sharing (and life) experience. We also prefer those who want to stay in the room for the longer term.
