A fully furnished shared room (2 girls in 1 room) for one girl is available for sublet from March till the end of April 2024 in 6 WG house (girls only). It cannot be extended. KVR can be provided for the stipulated period.
The cold rent is 408.75 euros (Additional cost: roughly 40 euros. The deposit would be one month rent.
There is a woods right behind the apartment which is great to go for walks in the evening.
The kemptener straße stop is just 2 min by walk and from there you can reach the fürstenried station in 6 minutes. There are a lot of shops and grocery stores including Rewe and Penny surrounding the U3 subway station.
There are five other girls living in the apartment and all of them are master's students.
It's not a purpose based shared living. Everyone does their own thing and have occasional chats when meeting at the kitchen. Otherwise its quiet and peaceful.
Most of the girls are Indians but we also have another roommate who is from Thailand.

Although KVR is provided, the house contract ends by the end of April and hence no extension is possible.
There is a possibility for extended stay if you want to with the new set of residents set to take up the accommodation from May. If interested we can discuss about that to.
