Dein Zimmer liegt auf der Südseite der Wohnung und ist dadurch sehr hell. Der Fischgrätenprakett macht es extra gemütlich.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Küche mit Esstisch, einem Wohnzimmer, den 4 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern und 3 Balkonen.
Die zwei Badezimmer sind ein riesen Vorteil unserer WG finde ich. Du teilst dir das Bad also nur mit Mareike.
Die Lage ist echt super. Zur U-Bahn Thalkirchen geht man nur 2-3 Minuten und ist dadurch überall in München recht schnell.
Dazu kommt, dass die Isar auch direkt ums Eck ist und man so immer nur ein paar Minuten vom Sonnen und Baden am Flaucher entfernt ist.
Edeka und Netto sind auch in Gehweite.
Da wir alle berufstätig sind, beschränkt sich das WG Leben Wochentags hauptsächlich auf abends, wobei wir auch manchmal Homeoffice zusammen machen. Abends essen wir öfter zusammen, netflixen oder sporteln zusammen. Am Wochenende gehen wir gern mal zusammen feiern, gehen Skifahren oder an die Isar zum Grillen oder was sich sonst so ergibt:) natürlich kann man sich auch jederzeit in sein Zimmer zurückziehen wenn man Zeit für sich braucht.
Da Marc und Paula noch am Deutsch lernen sind, sprechen wir meistens englisch. Aber ihr Deutsch ist inzwischen auch ganz gut
Der Vermieter möchte leider nur an berufstätige vermieten.

Your room is really bright because its on the south side of the house. The wooden floor makes it cozy.
The flat consists of a kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 balconies.
Since we have two bathrooms you will only have to share with Mareike.
The location of the flat is amazing. We are located really close to Ubahn Thalkirchen so you can be anywhere in munich quite quickly. Also the Isar is just around the corner so you're always only a few minutes away from sunbathing and swimming at flaucher. There's also Edeka and Netto in walking distance.
All four of us are working so during the week we mostly spend time in the evenings, eating, netflixing or doing sports together. On the weekends we also go out together or take trips for skiing or bbq at the Isar or so...
Of course one can always stay in their room and spend some time for themselves.
We mostly speak English in the WG since Marc and Paula are still learning german.
Unfortunately our landlord only accepts working people.
