mich zieht es auf den Jakobsweg, daher wird mein Zimmer in unserer zauberhaften Wohnung für 2 Monate frei.
Das Zimmer ist großzügig geschnitten und misst etwa 20qm. Es ist komplett möbliert und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Da ich nur für zwei Monate weg bin und davon ausgehe, dass ihr nicht euren gesamten Hausstand mitbringen werdet, lasse ich viele meiner persönlichen Gegenstände im Zimmer. Dennoch werde ich sicherstellen, dass ausreichend Platz für eure Sachen vorhanden ist.
Folgende Ausstattung steht euch zur Verfügung:
- Ein komfortables Bett mit den Maßen 220x180cm (inklusive Bettwäsche, falls benötigt)
- Ein Schreibtisch mit Monitor und Lautsprechern, perfekt für Lernen oder Homeoffice; der Bildschirm ist schwenkbar, sodass ihr eure Lieblingsserien auch bequem vom Bett aus genießen könnt
- Zwei geräumige Kommoden
- Ein großer Schrank
Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über 2,5 Stockwerke und bietet zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten wie zwei Küchen, zwei Badezimmer, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und einen geräumigen Abstellraum/Wäscheständerraum. Hier habt ihr definitiv genug Platz, um euch wohlzufühlen und euren Alltag zu gestalten. Am besten kommt ihr einfach selbst vorbei und überzeugt euch von unserem Zuhause :)

Hello everyone,
I'm planning a journey on the Camino de Santiago, which means my room in our wonderful apartment will be available for the next 2 months.
The room is spacious, measuring approximately 20 square meters, and comes fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Since I'll only be away for two months and assume you won't be bringing your entire household, I'll be leaving many of my personal items in the room. However, I'll ensure there's plenty of space for your belongings as well.
Here's what's included:
- A comfortable bed measuring 220x180cm (including bedding, if needed)
- A desk with a monitor and speakers, perfect for studying or working from home; the screen is adjustable, allowing you to enjoy your favorite shows from bed
- Two spacious dressers
- A large wardrobe
The apartment spans 2.5 floors and offers various amenities, including two kitchens, two bathrooms, a cozy living room, and a spacious storage/laundry room. Here, you'll definitely have enough space to feel at home and go about your daily life. It's best to come by and see our place for yourself :)

Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch!
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich praktisch direkt neben der U-Bahn-Station Thalkirchen (Tierpark). In unmittelbarer Laufnähe findet ihr einen Netto, einen Edeka und einen Kiosk für gemütliche Sommerabende. Und der Isar-Ufer ist auch nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, selbst wenn die Ampel mal etwas länger dauert.
Mit der U3 benötigt ihr lediglich 10 Minuten, um ins Stadtzentrum (Marienplatz/Sendlinger Tor) zu gelangen.
Generell hat Thalkirchen nicht das hektische Flair einer Großstadt, aber dank der exzellenten Anbindung seid ihr schnell im Trubel, wenn ihr möchtet :)

The location is simply fantastic!
Our apartment is practically right next to the Thalkirchen (Tierpark) U-Bahn station. Within walking distance, you'll find a Netto, an Edeka, and a kiosk for leisurely summer evenings. Plus, the Isar riverbank is just a 5-minute walk away, even if the traffic lights take a bit longer.
With the U3, it only takes 10 minutes to reach the city center (Marienplatz/Sendlinger Tor).
Overall, Thalkirchen doesn't feel like a bustling metropolis, but thanks to its excellent connections, you're quickly in the hustle and bustle of the city if you want to be :)

Ihr werdet Teil einer lebendigen WG mit Vicky (29, macht irgendwas mit Gefühlen und Sitzkreisen), Philipp (32, macht irgendwas mit Computern und Bäumen) und Nico (27, macht irgendwas mit Chemie).
Sowohl Philipp als auch Vicky sind berufstätig, während Nico sich noch im fortgeschrittenen Masterstudium befindet. Unter der Woche haben alle ihre festen Routinen, aber das Zusammenleben steht hier im Mittelpunkt. Am Wochenende wird gerne zusammen Zeit verbracht, sei es beim Streichespielen oder beim gemeinsamen Ausflug in die Stadt. Außerdem wird Wert darauf gelegt, dass jeden Abend zusammen gekocht und gegessen wird, während man sich über den Tag austauscht. Gelegentlich wird auch eine schnelle Runde Mario Kart oder Wizard gespielt.
Es wird definitiv nicht langweilig werden!
Als potenzieller Mitbewohner solltest du:
- auch ohne fixen Putzplan Ordnung halten können
- etwa in unserem Alter sein
- Lust auf ein aktive WG-Leben haben, aber auch Ruhezeiten und Grenzen einhalten können
- deine Nachricht unbedingt "Olaf mach Dönerpreisbremse auf 4€" beginnen, da wir sonst wissen, dass du die Beschreibung nicht gelesen hast und deine Nachricht garnicht weiterlesen werden ;)

You'll be sharing the apartment with Vicky (29, who does something with feelings and circle discussions), Philipp (32, who does something with computers and trees), and Nico (27, who does something with chemistry).
Both Philipp and Vicky are employed, while Nico is still pursuing an advanced Master's degree. During the week, everyone has their routines, but living together is a priority. On weekends, it's common to have some fun or go out together in the city. Plus, we try to cook and eat together every evening, exchanging stories about our days. Sometimes, we also enjoy a quick round of Mario Kart or Wizard.
You definitely won't get bored here!
As a potential roommate, you should:
- be able to maintain order without a fixed cleaning schedule
- be around our age
- be enthusiastic about an active communal life but also capable of respecting boundaries and quiet times
