Zwischenmiete (möbliert, flexibel) am Riemer See

Lust auf Natur? In nur wenigen Minuten bist du im Riemer Park und von der Wohnung aus brauchst du auch nur 10 min zu Fuß bis zum Riemer See!

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Umgebung auch zur Genüge - in nur ca 7 min zu Fuß ist man an den Riem Archaden und der U-Bahn Haltestelle Messestadt West (Zone M). Nur 1 min von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich ebenfalls eine Bushaltestelle (Linie 190) und ein Döner. Durch die gute U-Bahn Anbindung ist man super schnell im Zentrum (20 min).

You like nature? Just a few minutes away from the house there's a huge park! Within only 10 minutes by foot you will also reach a beautiful lake!

There are also multiple shopping opportunities nearby - in only 7 minutes you will be able to walk to a huge mall and the metro station (line U2, which takes you to city center (zone M)). Also only 1 minute away from the house there's a bus stop (line 190) and a backery. Due to the metro we are well connected and you will be able to travel to city center pretty fast :)

Zusammenleben wirst du hauptsächlich mit Surbhi und Kareem. Ich (Sonya, 35) bin nur sporadisch am Wochenende da. Wenn ich aber da bin, freue ich mich über nette Gespräche oder vielleicht auch ein gemeinsames Essen wenn es sich ergibt.

Surbhi ist 30 Jahre alt, kommt aus Indien und arbeitet im IT Bereich. Sie ist ein sehr gemütlicher, kontaktfreudiger und lebensfroher Mensch und ist immer für einen Plausch in der Küche anzutreffen, hat für alles ein offenes Ohr und kocht sehr oft, sehr gerne und sehr gut :) In ihrer Freizeit liest sie ganz gerne mal ein Buch oder macht gerne Ausflüge an diverse Orte.

Kareem ist 28 Jahre alt, kommt aus Ägypten und hat die letzten zwei Jahre als Cyber Security Consultant gearbeitete. Er ist für viele Späße zu haben, ist sehr sozial und kommunikativ und hat immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Außerdem interessiert er sich sehr für das Thema Nachhaltigkeit und ist oft unterwegs - meist bei irgendwelchen verrückten Outdoor Aktivitäten mit seinem Freund. Toleranz und Akzeptanz sind ihm sehr wichtig.

Beide sprechen gut Deutsch aber da wir alle auch Englisch sprechen, hat es sich irgendwie etabliert, dass zuhause meistens Englisch gesprochen wird :) außerdem sind wir alle vegan/vegetarisch und freuen uns, wenn du das ebenfalls bist. Wir sind allgemein sehr weltoffen und tolerante Menschen. Sauberkeit ist uns sehr wichtig und es wäre gut, wenn du bereits WG Erfahrung hast und dir Ordnung auch wichtig ist.

You will be living together with Surbhi and Kareem. I (Sonya) will be around once in a while on the weekends, but whenever I am around Im happy to catch up or even have a meal together.

Surbhi is 30 years old, comes from India and works in IT. She's a very cheerful and chill person and is always up for a chat. If you're looking for someone to listen, you'll mostly find her in the kitchen as she loves to cook and she cooks so well :) In her free time she liks reading, cooking or going out on trips to various places.

Kareem is 28 years old and comes from Egypt. The last two years he has been working as a cyber security consultant. Kareem is the kind of person, whenever you see him he always has a smile on his face and something wise to share with you. He's a very social and communicative person, he's intersted in sustainability and knows how to have fun. Often he's up and about somewhere outdoors doing some mind-blowing activity with his boyfriend or his friends.

They both speak German well, but since we all speak English we mostly speak English at home :) we're all vegetarian/vegan and very open minded, tolerant people. It would be great if you have lived in a WG before or are familiar with the concept and keep the place neat and tidy.
