Da meine Mitbewohnerin leider nach Australien geht, ist nun ab sofort ein 16 qm Zimmer in unserer schönen 2-er WG in Untergiesing frei. Die Wohnung hat 68 qm, ist im 2. Stock und hat einen Balkon.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet inklusive Spülmaschine, Backofen, Herd und Kühlschrank. Im Badezimmer befinden sich u.a. eine Duschbadewanne und eine Waschmaschine.
Ich (33/ weiblich) suche eine entspannte Mitbewohnerin (ab 28 Jahren), die bestenfalls auch schon im Berufsleben steht und auf Sauberkeit achtet. Eine reine Zweck-WG wünsche ich mir nicht. Ab und zu mal zusammen kochen, sporteln, einen Wein trinken oder an der Isar chillen fände ich toll. Der Mietvertrag wäre unbefristet.

Untergiesing; zwischen Candidplatz und Kolumbusplatz. U1 & U2 ca 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Bus 52 zum Sendlinger Tor/ Glockenbach/ Marienplatz direkt vor der Tür.
Penny und World of Wine findest du direkt gegenüber, außerdem bist du in 6 Minuten zu Fuß an der Isar. Auch Edeka, Aldi und dm sind in ca 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen.
