2 Studentinnen suchen nach zwei möblierten Zimmern nähe LMU

Hallo liebe Münchner,
ich bin auf der Suche nach zwei möblierten Zimmern in der Nähe der LMU für mich und eine gute Freundin (ich bin 25 und komme aus den USA, sie ist 22 und kommt aus Kroatien; wir beide werden LMU-Studentinnen in ein Masterstudiengang sein). Wir möchten die Zimmern am Ende September oder Anfang Oktober 2015 bis Juli 2017 mieten. Insgesamt sollte die Warmmiete nicht mehr als 1100€ betragen.

über uns:
Wir beiden sprechen Englisch aber Deutsch ist auch meine Zweitsprache. In unserer Freizeit reisen wir gerne und gehen gerne aus (in die Natur, ins Kinos und Kneipen) und haben wir viele Hobbys wie Film sehen, Musik hören, Musik machen, Leute kennenlernen, und natürlich auch mal ein Bier trinken! :)

auf Englisch:
I am looking for a flat or apartment with two furnished rooms near LMU for myself and another (f) student from Croatia. We would like something near the LMU campus for the duration of our Master's program, from this October to around July 2017, with monthly rent less than 1100€ total for the two rooms (including utilities, etc.). We both speak fluent English, though German is also my second language. Our hobbies include traveling, going out (in nature, to the movies, and to pubs), watching films, listening to and making music, getting to know people, and of course, drinking a little beer! :)
