Available one big bedroom in a 2 WG in a cozy central position full of facilities, restaurants, and shops. 1 min walking distance from the “schwantalerhöe” metro linie -U4;U5-, or buses -53;134-. The apartment is at ground floor and has: a bathroom, a separated kitchen, a livingroom with a spot on small private garden. The pictures are showing the apartment as currently is.
In the next month of March it will be better renovate with some fornitures and decos 😊. Bills are included!
