Unsere 2 ineinander übergehenden frisch renovierten Zimmer (das gesamte Dachgeschoß) sind mit zwei Betten, einem großen Schrank einem Sofa und einer Kommode eingerichtet. Es verfügt über Fenster in alle 4 Himmelsrichtungen, die viel Tageslicht hereinlassen und die Zimmer sehr hell machen. Der Boden besteht aus Echtholzparkett und die Grundfläche für die Zimmer liegt bei ca. 40 qm.
Our 2 interconnecting, freshly renovated rooms (the entire attic) are furnished with two beds, a large wardrobe, a sofa, and a chest of drawers. It features windows in all 4 cardinal directions, allowing plenty of daylight to enter and making the rooms very bright. The flooring is made of real hardwood parquet, and the total floor area for the rooms is approximately 40 square meters.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer erstklassigen Lage in der Nähe des Westparks, welcher Ruhe mitten in der Stadt bietet. Nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt liegt die U-Bahnstation Holzapfelkreuth von der aus man innerhalb von 12 Minuten die Innenstadt erreichen kann. Auch befinden sich Supermärkte, Metzger und Bäckereien in unmittelbare Nähe.
The house is located in a prime location near Westpark, which offers tranquility in the middle of the city. Only a five-minute walk away is the Holzapfelkreuth subway station, from which the city center can be reached within 12 minutes. Supermarkets, butchers, and bakeries are also in close proximity.
Wir sind eine gemischte WG: eine Studentin und zwei Berufstätige. Wir verbringen gerne gemeinsam Zeit im großen Wohnzimmer und kochen auch gerne zusammen. Es ist uns jedoch auch wichtig, dass jeder seine Rückzugsmöglichkeiten hat und die Privatsphäre der anderen respektiert.
We are a mixed shared flat: one student and two working professionals. We enjoy spending time together in the large living room and also like cooking together. However, it is also important to us that everyone has their own retreat and respects the privacy of others.
