Hello potential flatmates!
A room will be free in our WG house from the 1st of March. The house has 3 floors, a basement, and a big garden. Your room is one of the two located on the second floor. The wooden floor and walls make it very cozy and it is quite well-lit thanks to the windows. Most of what you see in the pictures will stay in the room: table, chair, wardrobe, and screen, for which the previous flatmate wants 60€ in total. The bed is not in good condition, therefore you would need to bring your own eventually, as that one in will be thrown away.
The house is located in Pasing, south of the train station. It is a quiet street in a residential area. To go to the station, there is a bus and a tram station within 5 minutes walking distance from the house. Walking to the station takes about 15 minutes, and approx. 7 by bike.
There are many supermarkets nearby, such as Penny, Edeka, Lidl, Rewe or dm. The Pasing Arcaden is also nearby, with many shopping possibilities and other supermarkets too, such as Hit or ALDI.
With respect to parking, there is a lot of space in front of the house where you can park your car, free of charge.
We are currently 3 girls and 3 boys in the house. Life here is quite calm and relaxed, so definitely not a Party-WG. This is an international WG, so we normally speak in English, and of course, internationals are very welcome. We do often meet in the kitchen and have dinner or some talks together, but we also respect the quiet hours, privacy, and rest.
Regarding the common areas: there are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor, and one on the first floor. There is also a washing machine in the basement and a dishwasher in the kitchen. We try to take good care of everything and clean up after ourselves. There is currently no cleaning schedule, but we do have a Müllplan, to take turns taking the trash outside. There is also a bike shed in front of the main door, so your bike can be kept safe and dry.
The room is in total 760€ per month, everything included (internet, heating, electricity, WLAN). There is a cleaning lady coming every two weeks, also included in the price. The kaution is generally one month.
If you are in Munich, we would like to schedule a visit to meet each other. Online interviews are also possible, in case you cannot come to the WG or are coming from abroad.
