The room has a big window and is fully furnished with a bed, desk,closet and night stand. Everything is like new. In general, the rooms have high ceilings and offer great natural lighting. The interior details of the flooring and walls give the apartment a nice vintage modern touch.
Theres a garden with chickens that offer a nice country side feeling even though youre so close to the city center, which is hard to find in munich. But dont worry, the housekeeper takes care of them.;)
Im looking for uncomplicated / reliable tenants who willing to create a nice , peaceful living situation with others. :)
Everything you need in everyday life is very close!
The apartment is a 1 min walking distance to the next bus / 3min to the light rail station , providing easy access to the city center. Also, the nearest subway station is merely a 12 min walk away and the next supermarket/bakery/restaurant is just around the corner.
Car sharing opportunities, like share now, are directly on your street, where you can rent a car and pay per minute or km.
Also, if you like nature, the perlacher forst , a huge forest, is just about a 15-20 minute walking distance.

You would be sharing the apartment 2 other friendly women, aged 20-30.
The kitchen and bathroom will be shared but if you perfer to be alone you can always relax in your room. The apartment below yours also consists of three international woman in their mid twenties , who are excited to meet new people and eventually hang out and barbecue in the garden together :)
A little bit about myself: I’m Sophie, a former tenant who now lives with the landlord, Tobi. Being an American girl, I loved the idea of establishing a community for people who are new in Munich and seek new friendships and experiences. This apartment is supposed to create a place for people who want to discover the German culture but also want to feel safe in an international environment.
Its important for me and the landlord to find girls who we think will get along so we will take the time to get to know you and make sure you vibe with the others!
While the minimum stay is 6 months, we aim to find long-term residents who are commited to staying for at least a year.
The house consists of 4 apartments: the basement and ground floor are lived by family/friends of ours and the first and second floor consist of the same apartments, aside from the winter garden on the first floor.
A washer and dryer are available in the basement for communal use.
KVR is possible.
