We expect you to speak good English (it will be checked during the wg-casting).

Our house language is English.

Attention: The price is per night and not per month.

The prices for the shared-room (you will share this room with me, Mark) are:

- € 39 per night for the first three nights
- € 34 per night, if you stay for four to seven nights
- € 29 per night, if you stay for eight to 14 nights

On top of the rent comes a fee for everything that we need for our shared-living of € 4,- per day (toilet paper, kitchen tissues, towels, bedcover, pillows, soap, washing powder, olive oil, frying oil, rice flatrate, tea flatrate, coffee flatrate, onions, garlic, soy sauce, Maggi, salt sticks, herbs, spices, flour for baking cakes together, candies for our wg-evenings, ingredients for our stone pizza oven and petrol costs for our wg-excursions). This fee by the way is always € 4 per day. No matter if you stay short-term or long-term. Long-term it would be € 120 per month.

You want to stay for the whole summer semester (March 31 until 30th of September)?

The prices for half a year are (six months and one day):

- € 375 per month
- € 1.125 deposit
- € 375 processing fee (you will get this back after six months and one day on September 30th or during the September, when you have payed the rent for the six months always on time. If you stay for a shorter time you will loose your processing fee)
- € 120 wg-fund per month

- toilet only two steps away
- air purifier for very clean air
- air humidifier (in case it rains all day for a couple of weeks. Sometimes that happens in Münster)

General equipment in our WG-House Of Nations:

- fully equiped 20 m² kitchen
- two fridges in the house (one in the kitchen + one in the basement)
- fully equiped garden
- four Smart-TV´s in the house (just make new friends in our WG-House of Nations and watch for example Netflix together)
- four toilets
- two showers
- five bathroom sinks
- two mirror cabinets
- two under cabinets (for extra space under our sinks)
- eight shower baskets in the ground floor shower
- three compartments in the basement shower (for the three basement roommates)

Extra information:

In my childhood I tried to become a professional tennis player. I won a lot of trophies during that time and defeated the number 2 of Germany in my age when I was ten years old in the tournament of Detmold (inofficial german championships for the kids). I was in the same tableau as Micha Zverev and had a run over in the semifinals of a tournament against him (he played another tournament at the same time and so I was directly in the finals). Micha Zverev (who won 2017 against Andy Murry, number 1 of the world, in the 4th round of the Australian Open) is the older brother of Alexander Zverev (he won the gold medal in Tennis in 2021 in Tokyo).

I never became a professional Tennis player, however I still love sports and training - in a competitve way - around three times per week on our Ergometer (record, 33,3 km/h in average for 30 minutes). You love sports? Let´s do sports together and achieve our personal goals together!

Me - Mark - who founded this WG-House Of Nations on October 1 of the year 2014 had the big pleasure to meet already people from the following countries (beside Germany):

South Korea, Romania, France, Slovakia, South Africa, Mexico, Poland, Brazil, Costa Rica, Bolivia, Tunesia, Morocco, Jordan, Austria, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, England, Spain, Italy, Australia, China, Vietnam, Taiwan, Japan, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Colombia, Egypt, Netherlands, India, Turkey and Georgia.

My goal is to welcome the whole world in my house.

Why do I accept foreign roommates?

I love it to meet different cultures and different mindsets. You're a foreigner? Please contact us! Regardless if you become our next roommate. We can also share some time for example during a wg-evening together. You will have first social contacts in Germany and I will learn something new about your culture and your mindset.

- Vivian, 20, from South Korea (she speaks fluent Korean, Mandarin and English)
- Farah, 21, from Jordan (she speaks fluent Arabic and English and B1 in German)
- Chiara, 22, from Italy (she speaks fluent Italian and English and B1 in German)
- Daria, 25, from Russia (she speaks fluent Russian and English and A2 / B1 in German and is learning German at the moment)
- Dima, 30, from Ukraine, who lives since nearly two years in Germany (he speaks fluent Ukrainian, Russian, English, and a very bit of German)
- Me, Mark, 38, from Germany, founder of the WG-House Of Nations (fluent in German and English and A2 / A1 in Spanish)

About our WG-life:

The idea of this WG-House Of Nations is to have directly connections to other people - from all over the world - and to establish social contacts here. Sometimes this social contacts become friendships. Without exceptions we always have also social life together outside of our WG. Of course it is up to you, if you want to participate in those activities.

You only have to follow the social protocoll and the house-rules (social protocoll means that you have to be a respectul person and have good maniers and a good heart). Beside that there are no additional rules regarding our daily wg-life.

Our house rules are the following:

- vegan-house-rule (due to respect and love to all animals - not only cats and dogs - only plant-based food and drinks inside the house. Why this rule exists? Me, Mark - the founder of this WG-House Of Nations and your housemate - have made my first vegan experience in 2004 and am a vegan since 2010. For me it is not acceptable to have any animal product related foods and drinks in my house. Beside the ethical aspect of protecting animals, consuming no food and drink related animal products in our WG-House Of Nations also protects the environment and in the end us humans itself.

Keyword: global warming.

- you are a meat eater? You are a vegetarian? You are a vegan? Or you are something in between? Everybody is welcome in our WG-House Of Nations!
- outside the house eat and drink whatever you want (if you want to do that, eat several times animal products each and every day. Please only don´t do that in our vegan-house
- we have a lot of vegan cooking and vegan baking books, if you need help with the vegan diet in the vegan-house
- Münster is a vegan-paradise-city (top ten in Germany). You will find all classical animal products in a vegan way aswell (also fake-meat-products like chicken and of course for example oat milk, delicious vegan cakes, vegan fake cheese, vegan fake fish and so on)
- no smoking
- no marihuana / no weed
- no drugs (some of us drink alcohol, some not, however alcohol is the only exception from the drugs. You are allowed to drink alcohol also in our house)
- no pets
- we have a cleaning plan (of course we can also clean together, then it is more fun :) ) You must participate to our cleaning plan when you stay longer then three nights!

This WG-House-Of-Nations is perfect for a shared-living.

We have one beautiful garden with two hammocks, one garden swing, eleven garden chairs, two garden tables, a lot of roses and other flowers, a 20 m² fully equiped kitchen with cozy couch, cozy armchair, gas stove, crushed ice, filtered water, high quality rice boiler, a pizza stone oven for fantastic fresh pizza, a high quality smoothie mixer, a high quality orange press (also for lemons, limes, pomegranates and so on), a popcorn machine, two showers, four toilets and every room is furnished.
