Die DHH hat 7 Zimmer. Bewohnbar wären davon 5. Die Verteilung ist noch unklar.
Gesamtmiete wäre insg. ca. 1900,-€, würden dann die Miete je nach m2 berechnen.
Alles in der Nähe. Bahnhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der See, Natur etc.
Es ist eine Neugründung. Sind alle recht entspannte Menschen. Treiben verschiedene Sportarten, je nach Saison. Gehen gerne in die Berge. Schauen uns aber auch gerne mal einen Film an.
Den Rest kann man ja rausfinden, wenn wir uns persönlich kennenlernen.
Anforderungen haben wir keine. Selbstverständlich sollte halt auf jeden Rücksicht genommen werden. Kompromisse kann man immer finden, dann muss auch niemand leiden.
Auf Anfragen antworte ich sobald ich kann. Arbeite Vollzeit, daher eher abends oder am Wochenende.
