Hello everyone!
One room (for girls only) is available from 1st of August. Fully furnished and with own big balcony where you can enjoy the sun until it goes down and hear the birds when it’s a beautiful sunny day. There is a window also so it’s very bright and illuminated when needed. The house has a big garden downstairs where you can enjoy a barbecue with friends on a sunny day. The cost is warm. Anmeldung possible.

Hallo zusammen!
Ein Zimmer (nur für Mädchen) ist ab 1. August verfügbar. Es ist voll möbliert und hat einen eigenen großen Balkon, auf dem Sie die Sonne genießen können, bis sie untergeht, und an einem schönen sonnigen Tag die Vögel hören können. Es gibt auch ein Fenster, so dass es bei Bedarf sehr hell und beleuchtet ist. Das Haus hat unten einen großen Garten, in dem Sie an einem sonnigen Tag mit Freunden grillen können. Die Kosten sind warm. Anmeldung möglich.
Neubiberg S7 is 6 minutes walking distance. There is an Edeka 5 minutes walking and Rewe / Rossmann 7 min walking distance. The neighbourhood is very quiet and family friendly. It’s a great scape from busy Munich. Lots of commuters live here since it’s only 20 min away by S7 from Marienplatz and 10 min away from Ostbanhof. Buses run as well direct to Neuperlach Süd (10 min away). Neubiberg is still in the zone M of MVG so your monthly ticket would still cost €55,20.
Lage
Neubiberg S7 ist in 6 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Edeka ist in 5 Minuten und die Rewe / Rossmann in 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und familienfreundlich. Es ist eine großartige Flucht vom geschäftigen München. Viele Pendler wohnen hier, da es nur 20 Minuten mit der S7 vom Marienplatz und 10 Minuten vom Ostbanhof entfernt ist. Busse fahren auch direkt nach Neuperlach Süd (10 Min. entfernt). Neubiberg liegt noch in der Zone M der MVG, so dass Ihre Monatskarte immer noch 55,20 € kosten würde.
Currently the apartament has 2 more girls living in, they are working ans studying all day so the house is empty and quiet most of the time. Everything is very clean and organised, we take turns for the cleaning plan weekly.
WG-Leben
Gegenwärtig leben im Apartament zwei weitere Mädchen, die den ganzen Tag arbeiten und studieren, so dass das Haus die meiste Zeit leer und ruhig ist. Alles ist sehr sauber und organisiert, wir wechseln uns wöchentlich mit dem Reinigungsplan ab.
