Du hast du Wahl, ob du einen großen Raum beziehen möchtest, oder lieber zwei Räume. Unter der Woche bin ich in der Kaserne und du teilst dir mit Kater Spoty die Wohnung allein. Die hellen Räume haben Laminat und jeweils eine breite Fensterfront (siehe Bilder). Für kreative Änderungen(Einrichtung) bin ich voll offen.
Die Wohnung liegt absolut zentral in Neustadt/Aisch nahe dem Marktplatz. Bushaltestelle 1 Minute vom Haus entfernt. Restaurants, Ärzte, Kino, Kneipen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Bahnhof wäre ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Haus herrscht ein nettes Wohnklima.
Die WG wird aus dir, mir (29, Zeitsoldat, Raucher) und meinem Kater Spoty (1 Jahr) bestehen. Unter der Woche teilst du dir mit Spoty die Wohnung - dafür biete ich dir die Raumauswahl und einen Komplettpreis von 320 € inkl. Strom und Internet ;-)
Bitte schreibe mir per Mail - ich bin noch in einem Auslandseinsatz, aber Ende des Monats wieder in Deutschland. Bis dahin müssten wir per Mail oder dann whatup kommunizieren. Vielen Dank.
