Hey,
Because of unforeseen circumstances a room is becoming free as soon as the 1st of February in our beautiful flat here at Planetenstraat! The room is around 10 qm and costs 343€ (incl. Gas, Wifi, etc.) The flat also has a kitchen, a nice spacious living room and a bathroom as well as a separate toilet room. As you will get the smallest room, you are also able to use some space in the living room for storing your stuff.
You will share the flat with me, Jule (22) a Psychology student from Germany, and Alex (24) a working Brit. We like to chat together in the kitchen and are also open to spend some time together but we also like to do our own thing sometimes
The location of the room is super! Right across the street we have a coop, a bakery, a hairdresser and more. Just a few walking minutes away you can find a nice park where it is amazing to spend some time in the summer or just simply go for a little walk. The AH, Aldi and others are also just a few minutes away by bike. If you want to go to the city centre it takes about 10 minutes by bike but there is also a bus station right in front of the house. Biking to Radboud takes 10 – 15 minutes (depending on the traffic lights) as well. If you are interested, send me a message and we can set a time when you can come over to see the flat , or if you would rather have a zoom meeting we can set a time for this as well!
