Das Zimmer liegt in einer 3 1/2 Zimmer Wohnung im 1. Obergeschoss und dient als gemütliches Schlafzimmer. Weiterhin verfügt die Wohnung über ein großes, möbliertes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und ein großes Esszimmer, welches auch zum Arbeitszimmer umfunktioniert werden könnte. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll eingerichtete Küche und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen, aber dennoch zentral gelegenen Stadtteil Stadtflur. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht sehr weit weg, Apotheke und Bäcker ca. 5 min. zu Fuß. Mit dem Rad in City kommt man in 10 - 15 min. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es an der Straße mehr als genug und ein Fahrrad kann in der Garage abgestellt werden.
Ich suche eine gesellige und umgängliche Mitbewohnerin. Da ich berufstätig und den ganzen Tag außer Haus bin ist es mir eigentlich egal ob meine Mitbewohnerin Studentin, berustätig oder noch in der Ausbildung ist. Gegen gelegentliche Feiern und laute Musik am Wochenende habe ich nichts, in der Woche sollte es aber dafür etwas ruhiger zugehen ;-)
