Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt in der Nähe der U-Bahn Station "Weißer Turm" (4 Gehminuten) direkt neben dem Henkersteg und somit gleich an der Pegnitz.
Das Zimmer ist hell (zwei Fenster) und warm (zwei Heizungen) und kann teilmöbliert hinterlassen werden. In der Küche ist auch alles da was man braucht.
Die Miete inklusive Nebenkosten, Telefon und Internet beträgt 315 Euro.
Die Wohnung würdest du dir mit einer Studentin und einem schon "Arbeiter" teilen.
Bei Interesse könnte ich auch schon Mitte Februar ausziehen.
