Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Altbau von ca. 1910. Das Zimmer hat 15 Quadratmeter, ein altes, riesiges Doppelfenster und zeigt auf die Wodenstraße. Tagsüber kommt viel Sonnenlicht rein. Da es ein altes Fenster ist hört man allerdings die Autos und vor allem die Tram, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell dran :) Es ist jetzt nicht super laut, man hört es eben. Ich denke Leute mit seichtem Schlaf kann das stören.
Wir teilen uns ein großes tageslicht Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche (leider gibt es keine Waschmaschine, aber der nächste Waschsalon ist nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt), eine separate Toilette und eine große Küche.
Einen Innenhof gibt es auch in dem man sein Fahrrad parken kann.
Your room has around 15 square meter, has an old, large window and gets a nice amount of sunlight during the day. If you look outside of the window, there is the Wodanstraße. You will here the tram and the cars, but you will get used to it after a few days.
We will share a big bathroom (unfortunately there is no washing machine in it, but the next laundromat is only 5 mins away), a seperate toilet and a kitchen.
In the backyard you can park your bycicle.
Willkommen im schönen Teil der Südstadt. Quasi direkt gegenüber ist eine leckere Bäckerei. Zum Wocheneinkauf gibt es in weniger als 5 min einen Edeka, in ca. 5 min einen Lidl und einen Rewe. Außerdem gibt es ein paar Restaurants, Kneipen und FastFood-Läden. Achja, eine super Pizzeria ist auch quasi direkt vor der Türe :)
Der Luitpoldhain zum Spazierengehen, Joggen oder Chillen ist ca. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt, zum Dutzendteich ist es nochmal 5 min weiter.
Die nächste Tram ist 2 min zu Fuß und braucht 7 min an den Hautpbahnhof.
Welcome to the Südstadt. The apartment is located in an old buildung (I think it was build 1910). Across the street is a very nice bakery. They sell handmade bakery stuff and local coffe. For grocery shopping there is a Edeka and a Netto in 5 min walking distance. There are also some pubs, a nice pizzeria and other shops along the Wodanstraße.
You can reach the Luitpoldhain (a big park) in like 10 min by foot or the Dutzendteich (a small lake, next to the Reichsparteitaggelände) in like 15 min. I´m very often in this area for jogging or a relaxing walk.
The next tram station (Line 8) is 2 min by foot.
Ich bin 33 Jahre, arbeite als Ingenieur und bin ca. 4 Tage die Woche im Home Office. In der Freizeit mach ich viel Sport oder treffe mich mit Freunden. Auf meinen Tellern sind überwiegend vegetarische Gerichte, außer am Burger Friday :)
Ich hab schon in vielen WGs gewohnt, bin absolut umgänglich und setz mich zum Feierabend auch gerne auf ein Bier oder nen Film zusammen. Zwecks einem Putzplan können wir uns dann ja arrangieren.
I´m 33 years old. I work as an industrial engineer. I do a lot of home office, so I might work from home 4 days a week.
In my spare time I like to meet friends and do sports.
The reason why I want to share my apartment is, that I don´t need that much space.
It would be nice if we set up a cleaning plan, to keep the kitchen and the bathroom in the way, that everybody is happy. The rest we will see :D
