Biete ein Zimmer in einer schönen 3-Zimmer Wohnung direkt am Dutzenteich. Bis zur S-Bahn 2 Minuten,zum Dutznteich 1 Minute und bis zum Volksfestplatz 5 Minuten Fußweg. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in unmittelbarer Nähe. In den 350 Euro Miete, sind ALLE Kosten bereits enthalten. Müsst sozusagen nur noch euer eigenes Leben zahlen =)
Habe keine besonderen ANsprüche an meine Mitbewohnerin oder Mitbewohner, nur Sauberkeit ist mir wichtig.
Küche, Bad, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Keller, Wohnzimmer, Schuhschrank, Festnetztelefon usw. könnt ihr natürlich mitbenutzen.
