Da ich für 1 Semster ins Ausland gehe würde ich mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete hergeben.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert. Handtücher und Bettlaken wären ebenfalls vorhanden.
Das Bett ist 1,40m breit.

My room will be free for some time because I'm going aboard for one semester.
The room is fully furnished. There will be towls and bedsheets.
The bed itself is 1,40m wide.
Ruhige Lage, beim Volksfestplatz. Außerdem grenzt der Dutzendteich Park direkt an das Wohngebiet an.
Busanbindung (Bayernstraße) ist ca. 200m entfernt.
10-15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad in die Innenstadt.
Es gibt Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus.

The flat has 3 rooms, 2 separate rooms of which one is used by Steffi (25), a student who you will be sharing the flat with.
We also have a living room and kitchen, bathroom, hallway.
The flat is 48 squaremeters in size and includes a cellarroom where you can store things or keep your bike in winter.
Flat is fully furnished, we have a washing machine, a small oven, a microwave and a very colourful living room.
