Hi everyone,
this flat is very light and lovely. It has a lot of flair and you would get the biggest room. There is a sleeping couch in it, that is quite comfortable, once there is a new matrace on it, which I would buy newly for your stay.
We would share the bathroom and the kitchen and the lovely balcony.
The neighborhood is getting really HIP now - as just a couple of blocks away, there is Gostenhof, which is the area with lots of color and art and cafes and stuff and our neighborhood seems to follow :-).
I am in my thirties and work a lot from home and enjoy my flat quite much. It is spacious and has a real good feeling of it. As I give massages and yoga in one room, I would not be the perfect party room mate - but of course I also have friends over and we have nice dinners or game nights or play some music.

Hallo nach da draußen,
ich freue mich auf einen WG-Mitbewohner/eine -Mitbewohnerin über einen bestimmten Zeitraum, da ich nicht der vollkommene WG-Mensch bin. ich genieße den Kontakt, aber ziehe mich auch gerne immer wieder zurück und arbeite auch viel von zuhause.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, sowohl mit dem Fahrrad als auch der U-Bahn ist man fix in der Stadt und auch hier ist eine Menge los in der Gegend. Gostenhof mit seinen vielen Cafe's etc. ist nur um die Ecke und auch unser Viertel entwickelt sich zu einem IN-Viertel.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sonnig und hell und bietet viel Platz. Man fühlt sich hier gleich sehr wohl. Ich habe viel Liebe in die Wohnung gesteckt, auch wenn noch viel fehlt, was ich mir wünschen würde :-).
Dein Zimmer wäre das größte Zimmer und diese Zimmer fungiert als Gästezimmer, dann mal wieder als Wohnzimmer oder Film-Abend-Zimmer - es stehe eine echt komfortable Couch drin, die allerdings eine neue gute Matratze braucht, die ich dann kaufen würde. Ansonsten kann man den Raum sicher noch gestalten mit Dingen, die du für dich brauchst.
Wir teilen uns ansonsten das Bad und die Küche und den herrlich sonnigen Balkon.
Da ich Massagen in einem der anderen Räume gebe und auch Yoga, bin ich keine Party-WGlerin.
