In unserer Wohnung in Fürth sind ab September bzw. Oktober bis März (eventuell auch länger) zwei Zimmer frei.
Mal ein paar Infos zur Wohnung: groß (170m2), unsanierter Altbau (schön, hell), 2. OG, gemeinsames Wohn-/Esszimmer, gemeinsames Werkstattzimmer, gemeinsames Kleiderschrankkabuff außerdem Dachterasse (mit Gartendusche und Grünzeug), Küche, usw.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in Fürth gelegen, man braucht mit der Ubahn ca 15 min nach Nürnberg Innenstadt und mit dem Radl braucht (wer flink ist) so 15-20 Minuten. Nach Fürth Innenstadt zu Fuß 5 Minuten.
Die Zimmer sind 21 bzw. 23 m2 groß, hell, ziemlich ruhig, haben Stuckdecke und sind sonst überhaupt auch sehr hübsch. Beide sind möbliert (schön) kosten jeweils ca 300€ mit allem (Müll, Wifi, Heizung etc.)
Zwei von uns sind im nächsten Semester im Ausland, der Rest bleibt da und ist sehr nett. 1 Kunststudent (lustig) und 1 Wissenschaftler (auch lustig).
Es gibt meistens Kaffee und Bier und gute Gesellschaft.

Two rooms in Fürth to let during winterterm 2015/16
We are looking for appartment mates for two spare rooms, one from October til March, the other one from Sempember til March.
About the flat: it is big (170 square meters), non-renovated Altbau (very beautiful and very bright), one living/dining room, one kitchen, one workshop room, one little chamber for wardrobes and one beautiful rooftop garden for shared use. The bathroom, too.
The flat is located in a central area of Fürth, it takes 15 min to the city center of Nürnberg (via metro), by bike it takes around 20 minutes (for those who are sprtive), the city center of Fürth is in walking distance, 5 min.
the rooms are 21 respectively 23 square meters, bright, and they're very beautiful. Both rooms are furnished and cost around 300€ per month (heating, wifi and all other costs included).
Two of us are abroad for the next semster, the other two stay home and are likeable people. 1 arts student (funny guy) and 1 researcher (funny guy too).
Always available in our flat: coffee, beer and good company.
