Hi, bei uns in der WG werden in nächster Zeit 2 Zimmer frei, eins zum 15. Juli und eins zum 1. August. Die Miete für das eine Zimmer (ca. 16 qm) beträgt inklusive Nebenkosten 238 Euro, für das andere (ca.18 qm) 260 Euro. Es gibt Telefon und Internet (5 Euro/monatlich, Flatrate). Die Mitbewohner kann ich als bald ehemalige Mitbewohnerin nur empfehlen, ein netter Fernsehabend im Wohnzimmer oder ein Pläuschchen in der Küche sind immer mal drin. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, es gibt 2 Bäder (was sehr praktisch ist!!!) und eine große Küche. Die Lage ist total zentral, Supermärkte (Norma, Marktkauf), Tram, U-Bahn, FH, WiSo und die schöne Wöhrder Wiese& der Wöhrder See sind in der Nähe.
Ruft bei Jörn bitte nur ca. 10-14 Uhr und bei Stephan nur ab 16 Uhr an.
