als langjähriger Fan der Pirckheimerstr.58 habe ich vor 2 jahren endlich eine Wohnung ergattern können. Nun suchen wir Ersatz für unsere liebe Vroni die nach Berlin zieht.
Unsere WG ist in einem tollen Haus mit mehreren befreundetetn WG´s und einer super guten Stimmung. Unsere Wohnung ist 115 qm groß, die Küche und angschlossees Wohnzimmer 30 qm.
Der Wohnlage mangelts an nichts: 10 min Fußweg zur Innenstadt, 5 min zur Uni, in direkter Umgebung U-Bahn, Straßenbahn, Supermarkt, Imbisse, Bäcker, DVD-Leihservice,...
