leider löst sich unsere WG zum 01.Juli auf. Weil ich jetzt schon was neues gefunden habe, biete ich für die verbleibenden 2 Monate mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an und würde auf Wunsch auch Möbel da lassen.
Die Mitbewohner sind alle berufsttätig und z.T. Wochenendpendler. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet (Küche mit Mikrowelle, Geschirspüler, etc), Waschmaschine im Bad, getrenntes WC, ...
Gute Wohnlage, nette Hausgemeinschaft, viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten + Kneipen / Cafés in der Umgebung. Gute Verkehrsanbindung.
Warmmiete inklusive Telefon-Flatrate + DSL beträgt 238 EUR.
Fotos könnte ich bei Interesse nach Ostern schicken, da ich zwischendurch unterwegs bin ...
